Although not an Intellectual Property lawyer, she has extensive experience in matters relating to trademarks, including avoiding challenges to registration and the use of a mark based on distinctiveness, descriptiveness, and likelihood of confusion. Donna is also a skilled trainer/facilitator in the areas of FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and sexual harassment.

Paulette V. Blowe

Ms. Blowe has a proven track record in education as a classroom teacher, consultant, building and central office administrator, and university professor. As a classroom teacher, she designed and delivered curricula and instruction to general education, special education, gifted & talented, and alternative education students, K-12. She served the Plainfield Public Schools in Plainfield, NJ as a vice principal, principal and, as the Director of Special Projects for the district. At William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ, Ms. Blowe taught undergraduate and graduate courses, designed and delivered professional development workshops in differentiated instruction and problem-based learning. As a full-service educational consultant, Ms. Blowe conducts needs assessment and analysis, generates and implements practical solutions to problems while providing site-specific professional development for teachers and administrators.

Wanda R. Croudy
*Public Speaking

Ms. Croudy provides one-on-ones with clients looking to develop and/or enhance their public speaking and presentation skills in order to deliver informative or persuasive presentations with confidence and poise while achieving desired results. Wanda currently is an instructor at Essex County College’s Business Division, located in Newark, New Jersey, teaching Introduction to Business and Principles of marketing. She formally taught Business Communications/Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, Business Correspondence, and Introduction to Business at Chabot College, Hayward, CA.

Zoraya E. Lee-Hamlin
*Marketing & Brand Development

With over 18 years of experience, Zoraya designs and implements marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communications and internet marketing projects. Prior to starting Rayzo, Inc., Zoraya was a member of the extended cabinet of the National Urban League where she delivered testimony on the digital divide to the National Foundation for Women Legislators, which was used to develop model legislation for adoption by state legislators. Among other accomplishments, Zoraya lead the win of a $2.7 million software grant from the Microsoft Corporation and a $1.5 million renewal grant from the Prudential Foundation. Her specialty is in helping businesses successfully manage their marketing initiatives and non-profits design fund development and marketing plans. Zoraya has an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management (1993).
