Building an Effective Team
Solutions Learning, Inc. will design and build HR programs across business units to drive workforce performance. Creating programs that correspond to an HR functional area (i.e. benefits, learning, and talent management), as well as to cross-business unit functions (i.e. change management support and employee relations) is key to enhancing performance.
- Leadership ~ Armed with new strategies, Solutions Learning, Inc. will advise top management and HR professionals on human capital issues and align the organization’s “people” strategy with the overall strategic mission of the company. HR leadership is responsible for defining an employer brand, determining the talent strategy, and creating the right shape of HR organization.
- Organization partners, as identified by Solutions Learning, Inc., work with business units to align the “people” strategy and workforce competencies with capabilities of the business units. They will monitor and analyze workforce productivity and labor costs against business performance.
